As established by the European Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, we provide you with information on the processing of your personal data:

Purpose: To manage the sending of information related to the Catalonia Prize within the framework of TechTour Space Program, in accordance with the interests of the NewSpace Catalonia Strategy and other projects of the Digital Catalonia and Smart Catalonia initiatives, including those of elaboration of studies.

 

Legitimation: Legitimation is done through the consent of the interested party.

 

Conservation: The data will be conserved as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the end of the treatment and when no longer it is necessary for such aim, they will be suppressed with suitable security measures to guarantee the pseudonymization of the data or the total destruction of them.

 

Communication of data: The data will be communicated to the organizations participating in the jury of the Catalonia Prize at the TechTour Space Program, as well as with the organizations involved in the NewSpace Strategy of Catalonia coordination and other projects of the Digital Catalonia and Smart Catalonia initiatives. The data will not be communicated to other third parties.

 

Commercial communications: In accordance with current regulations, the i2CAT Foundation requests the express consent to send you commercial and promotional communications on the news of the our products, activities and/or services, by email or other equivalent means. You can revoke at any time the consent given to the receipt of commercial communications, by sending your request to the email rgpd@i2cat.net.

 

Rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, right to forget, limitation and deletion of data in  info@techtour.com as well as the right to file a complaint with a control authority (apdcat.cat). You can consult the additional and detailed information on Data Protection in our Privacy Policy.

 

In any case, it is guaranteed, at all times, the compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights and its corresponding Regulations.

 

COPYRIGHT:

 

The participants undertake to inform the organisers of the Intellectual Property rights that they possess and that are enforceable against the exploitation of the work carried out in the framework of this competition to face one of the challenges. 

The contestants do not assign in full, by their participation, the rights that could accrue on the intangibles created under the framework of the contest. However, they authorize the use of extracts from development or intangible for the dissemination of the competition and the promotion of candidates. Therefore, this authorization is made in this act with the purpose of promoting the competition and it is a non-exclusive and indefinite assignment.

The Intellectual Property rights will be accomplished by the corresponding European regulation: Directive (EU) 2019/790 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market and amending Directives 96/9/EC and 2001/29/EC.
