Participants: Your registration is binding. We will only refund the full registration fee if notified at least 30 days before the start of the event. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. A 200 € administration fee will apply if cancelled up to 30 days prior the event. Cancellations up to 29 days prior to the event must be paid in full due to our advance guarantee obligations and the costs associated with administration of the event. Substitutions within the same company may be permitted at our discretion.
