Janke Dittmer
 
Janke Dittmer has a background in business development, consulting, and nanotechnology. He joined Gilde Healthcare Partners in 2011. Prior to joining, he was a Venture General Manager and Head of Business Development & Strategy within Philips’ Corporate Venturing unit in Healthcare. On top of shaping the strategy, he was responsible for selecting new investment opportunities. He also started and lead two ventures in the fields of cardiology and sepsis. Janke also cofounded a nanotech company in the Silicon Valley after serving as a Fellow at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab. He served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company advising leading High Tech companies on strategies for growth and strategic marketing. He serves as a board member for several healthtech startups.

Rick Salmon
 
Rick Salmon is an entrepreneur, executive coach and public speaker. In 2009, he was recognized as one of the winners of the renowned EEVC European Venture Contest due to his significant expertise as a serial entrepreneur. He co-founded three successful technology companies over the course of his career: BlueSky Software, which was subsequently renamed eHelp and acquired by Adobe, Scala Inc., the current global leader in digital signage, and RPR Technologies. In 2016, he incorporated The Technologies of Influence AS, Oslo, a startup that utilises artificial intelligence and scientific measurement of human behaviour traits as tools for coaching entrepreneurs and executives, enabling them to have a greater impact and influence while presenting and pitching.
