Eric Felix Faure began his career at Mazars & Guerard before joining the Vivendi Universal Publishing group where he was successively management comptroller responsible for the English subsidiary of Liris Interactive and, finally, director of electronic commerce and Internet development of Havas Interactive. Eric Felix Faure joined Chausson Finance in 1999 as Partner, before creating Felix Faure Finance in 2001; a company engaged in many successful capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions in association with Chausson Finance. In 2004 he co-founded Aelios Finance, the leading French corporate finance advisory firm helping SMEs to complete successful capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, LBO & Alternext IPO. Eric Felix-Faure has completed transactions more than 20 transactions (Private placements, M&A...) both with Aelios Finance and in his past activities. Aelios Finance, based on its team's networks and past positions, has particular expertise in three specific industries: Technologies-Media-Telecoms, Health-Biotechnologies and fast growing SMEs. He holds a MBA from EDHEC in Lille as well as a MSc in Technology and Innovation from the Ecole Centrale Paris. He is also a shareholder in, and member of the boards of several risk capital financed information technology companies. Additionally he is on juries and is a speaker at major French business and engineering schools.
