The Spanish Tech Tour 2000
The Spanish Tech Tour took place on October 18-20, 2000.
The Spanish Tech Tour President was Martin Velasco, one of the most active Business Angels in Europe. 51 delegates were represented from 13 countries and some 21 emerging companies presented at the Hotel Westin Palace in Madrid and Hotel Intercontinental Princesa Sofia in Barcelona.

Selection Committee
A group of highly regarded professionals took the responsibility of screening and selecting the companies that presented at the Spanish Tech Tour 2000.
A selection committee is set up to ensure the independence of the selection process. It is composed by experienced and highly regarded senior professionals, from relevant backgrounds and industry expertise, such as venture capital, technology industry, investment banks, research and specialized press.
