The regional Tech Tours are limited to a maximum of 70 delegates. This is to ensure the optimum conditions for networking and researching deal flow.
The Tech Tour Concept
A unique 60 hour format where dynamic venues and travel around the region offer unparalleled exposure to the region ecosystem and unique networking opportunities.
Two regional Tech Tours are organized per year in different European regions/countries where Tech Tour has identified a particular interest amongst its delegates and where it believes there are innovative young high tech companies with global market potential. Each Tech Tour typically runs two 2 1/2 days, with a gala dinner the first evening.
Objective
To identify 25 to 30 of the most promising technology companies in a region.
Format
2 and a half day dynamic event beginning with a series of workshops with expert roundtables and presentations to local CEO′s.
A Gala dinner with 250+ selected guests representing the ″who′s who″ of technology and investment in the region.
The following 2 days include presentations and elevator pitches from the 25 selected companies, networking and visits to relevant and interesting locations in the region.

Gala Dinner This dinner is a major networking event, with over 250 guests representing the "Who's Who" of the regional Technology and Venture Capital market who are invited to join the Tech Tour delegates. It is a unique opportunity to interact with leading local corporations, policy makers, VC′s, entrepreneurs, and leading professionals in the sector.
At the gala dinner, the 25 carefully selected growth and start-up technology companies with world class potential are announced. The gala dinner celebrates entrepreneurship.The keynote speaker at the event is a leading figure in the specific region.

Industry Sector Event Format
The Industry sector events are slightly larger with 120-150 maximum delegates.

The Industry Sector Summit
An intensive 36 hour format, the go to event for an overview of a specific industry and the opportunity to meet the sectors top entrepreneurs, startup and high growth companies. The Industry Summits provide an opportunity to network with key people from the technology and venture capital industry.

To identify 25 of the most promising technology companies in a particular industry.
Format
1 and a half day event that kicks off with a Gala dinner including the selected CEO′s, delegates and guests relevant to the vertical industry segment. .
The following day includes an opening session on industry status, company presentations with Q&A, networking lunch, keynote speakers and panels.
